Position Purpose

Voice Recording Systems infrastructure

Record Keeping (RK) perimeter

Key Responsibilities

Voice & Voice Recording Services

• Deliver and support Trader Voice and Voice Recording services across the organization.
• Manage operations, controls, and project delivery for voice and recording platforms.
• Ensure maximum availability and appropriate technical currency of supported technologies.
• Perform daily Ready for Business system health checks.
• Monitor and manage Voice and Voice Recording infrastructure.

Voice Recording Systems Support

• Provide operational and technical support for:
• NICE NTR and NTR-X
• NICE Fusion
• Verint Verba
• Troubleshoot end-to-end Voice and Recording-related issues.
• Collect and analyze system and application trace logs.
• Gather metrics for third-line escalation and root cause analysis.
• Create operational and management reports for:
• Voice Recording Operations teams
• Senior Management
• Compliance and Litigation teams

Voice Systems Support

• Support enterprise and trading voice platforms including:
• IPC Unigy
• Cisco Voice (CUCM)
• Microsoft Teams Voice

Operations & Governance

• Adhere to internal controls, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure SLAs and deadlines are consistently met.
• Support incident, change, problem, and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with global Voice Recording Operations teams to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous issue resolution.
• Contribute to documentation, lifecycle management, and process improvement initiatives.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical Skills

• Minimum

  7+ years of experience

  in Trading Voice Infrastructure Support.
• In-depth, hands-on expertise with

  Voice Recording Systems (Mandatory):

• NICE NTR / NTR-X
• NICE Fusion
• Verint Verba
• Strong experience managing

  NICE, Verba, and IPC migration projects

  .
• Ability to collect and analyze:
• System trace logs
• Recording application logs
• Solid understanding of:
• Windows Server environments
• SBCs (Oracle)
• Call Logging Systems
• NAS and SAN storage systems
• SQL Server and Microsoft Excel
• General knowledge of:
• Private Wires and Hoot Networks
• Compliance regulations (MiFID, Dodd-Frank, etc.)
• Good-to-have experience:
• IPC Unigy v5.5
• Cisco CUCM v15
• Microsoft Teams Voice

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Experience Level:

  Minimum 7 years relevant experience

• Certifications:

• NICE Certified (NTR & NTR-X) – Mandatory
