Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior/Lead AI/ML Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in designing and deploying scalable AI systems, particularly involving Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable AI systems utilizing LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI paradigms

Optimize inference using frameworks such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, and llama.cpp

Build and manage embedding pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)

Deploy services at scale using Docker and Kubernetes

Establish MLOps best practices for automated CI/CD and model lifecycle management

Perform benchmarking and system optimization to improve performance and cost-efficiency

Support the creation of NIMs, Blueprints, and OPEA documentation and processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development

Strong proficiency in Python, with solid understanding of system design and distributed computing

Deep experience with LLM inference techniques including quantization and KV caching

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with MLOps tools, containerization, and deployment pipelines
