Job Description

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 6+ years (including 1+ year in Generative AI & LLMs)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for various business use cases.
Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
Work on LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent-based systems.
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and backend teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art ML and GenAI techniques.
Monitor and maintain model performance in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions.
Strong programming skills in
Python
and hands-on experience with
ML frameworks
(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
At least 1 year of practical experience with
Generative AI/LLMs
(OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
Experience with
RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agent-based AI systems
.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
Experience with REST APIs, data engineering pipelines, and model versioning.
