Senior AI/ML Developer

As an AI/ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI applications using LangChain and Agentic AI architectures. Your role will involve implementing RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and reasoning tasks, building machine learning models for clustering, regression, and prediction purposes, and fine-tuning deep learning models for text-based or tabular data. Additionally, you will be tasked with performing data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering, as well as writing efficient Python code for production-quality applications. You will collaborate closely with the team to leverage your expertise in SQL for database querying and preparation, staying updated with the latest techniques in LLMs, Agentic AI, and machine learning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent programming skills in Python, proficiency in SQL, a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, and expertise in data preprocessing and cleaning techniques. Preferred skills include prior experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
