About the Role

Were looking for a passionate Senior AI/ML Engineer with 2–7 years of hands-on experience in building intelligent, production-grade systems. You’ll work on cutting-edge problems using Agentic AI architectures, Genetic Algorithms, and LLMs to build autonomous and intelligent solutions that solve real-world challenges.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, research-driven environments and enjoys working at the frontier of machine learning and AI automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI systems (AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangGraph, etc.).
• Research and implement Genetic AI algorithms (e.g., NEAT, CMA-ES, evolutionary strategies).
• Apply advanced analytics: time-series analysis, optimization, clustering, classification, etc.
• Build clean and scalable Python code for data pipelines, model training, and inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Engineering) to deploy AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance and system scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest in AI/ML, agentic frameworks, and computational intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of symbolic reasoning, knowledge graphs, and reinforcement learning.
• Contributions to open-source projects or published research are a plus.
