Senior AI/ML Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have project exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as Tokenization, Vectorization and Entity recognition.
• Experience with MLOps pipelines, experiment tracking, and model fine tuning.
• Azure cloud Certification such as AZ-900 or AZ-204 is preferred.
• Proven experience in building and deploying chatbots using RAG and LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with MCP and Azure AI services.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Design and implement AI-powered chatbot solutions using RAG architecture.
• Integrate LlamaIndex for efficient document indexing and retrieval.
• Handle the entire lifecycle of chatbot development from data ingestion to deployment.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI models and pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, vector databases, and AI frameworks.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of practical experience in Machine learning and Natural language processing.
• 2+ years of experience in Agentic AI, GenAI (Generative AI), LLM (Large Language Model), OpenAI APIs e.g. ChatGPT API, Microsoft Cognitive Services, Llamaindex, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• 1+ year of experience in designing, developing and refining AI-generated text prompts for various applications. Having good experience in Prompt engineering.
• Front End (Client Side Tech) experience such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap 5
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python. Knowledge of Web scraping
• RESTful API design and GraphQL for model endpoints. Experience of WebSockets and WebHooks
• Frameworks: Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
• Databases: Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), traditional SQL/NoSQL and SQLite
