Senior AI Engineer

Data and AI are our bread and butter for innovation. We are seeking a Senior Engineer - AI/GenAI who understands healthcare data and can utilize it to develop algorithms and agentic workflows that personalize treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral histories.

We are looking for a superstar who will dene and build the next generation of Platform with agents and data in healthcare.

A Day in the Life

• Design and build scalable AI platform architecture to support ML development, agentic workflows, and robust self-serve AI pipelines.
• Develop agentic workflows with their supporting ecosystem and a catalog of AI agents tailored to healthcare use cases.
• Design and deploy high-performance, low-latency AI applications.
• Construct and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines for scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate AI innovations into real-world applications.
• Partner with business leaders and clients to understand pain points and co-create scalable AI-driven solutions.

What You Need

• Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related eld.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong API development skills.
• 3+ years of experience in MLOps and LLMOps, and at least 1+ year in building generative AI pipelines, agents, and RAG/ReAct systems.
• Strong programming skills with enterprise application development and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and system design knowledge.
• Able to understand the nuances of different systems and choose what meets the requirements
• Experience with:
• Frameworks like LangChain/Langraph, CrewAI, DSPy, or Autogen. etc. (At least one is required).
• Understanding of the in and out of MCP(Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent to Agent) communication.
• Vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB).
• LLMs, prompt engineering, and ne-tuning SLMs
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Reason and Act(ReAct) Agentic design.
• Familiarity with at least one ML platform (Databricks, Azure ML, SageMaker).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud systems like AWS/Azure.
• Bonus: Experience with healthcare data systems and their standards.
