Job Description

  • Experience with

    advanced AI Agent frameworks

    such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Swarm, or similar multi-agent orchestration tools.
  • Hands-on exposure to

    cloud-based speech and voice AI services

    , including AWS Transcribe, Azure Speech, and Google Speech.
  • Strong understanding of

    diagram and image interpretation

    using vision models and multimodal LLMs.
  • Experience designing and implementing

    multi-tenant AI applications

    for SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of caching techniques such as

    Redis

    , embedding caching, and token optimization strategies for cost and latency reduction.
  • Experience with

    fine-tuning or LoRA-based training

    of LLMs for domain-specific tasks.
  • Ability to work with advanced document-processing techniques including parsing complex mathematical formulas, tables, diagrams, and OCR pipelines.
  • Experience integrating multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.) and building fallback/redundancy strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with

    STT/TTS pipelines

    , real-time streaming, WebSockets, and conversational voice AI workflows.
  • Understanding of

    vector embeddings

    , RAG architecture optimizations, and evaluation metrics for LLM-based applications.
  • Knowledge of best practices in

    CI/CD

    , containerization (Docker), API deployment, and productionizing AI models.
