Role Overview: As a Senior AI Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a global project by leading discovery workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating unstructured business problems into valuable solutions. You will balance an innovative mindset with technical considerations to build feasibility prototypes and drive intelligent, well-informed business decisions. Your responsibilities will include business end-user support, training, creating training materials, and change management to ensure a user-centric design approach. Key Responsibilities: - Lead discovery workshops and end-user interviews to uncover and document true customer needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for AI projects - Create and maintain key artifacts such as Empathy Maps and Use Personas - Own the clarity and direction of specific analytical investigations, projects, and requests for substantial change - Build feasibility prototypes with the team for wider scaling and impact - Provide business end-user support, training, and change management for a user-centric design approach - Translate unstructured business problems into workable solutions and effectively communicate results to stakeholders - Respond to business requests for ad-hoc analysis and higher analytics - Assist in testing and validating AI solutions to meet business needs - Support Product Owners in interpreting findings and creating a robust Solution Backlog presented as User Stories - Drive AI strategy internationally by providing users with applications, examples, coaching, and KPIs Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis with large corporations - Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.; higher education like a master's or PhD is a plus - Demonstrable experience in applying methodologies including Design Thinking, Six Sigma, and Human-Centered Design - Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and project management tools - CBPP from the ABPMP or similar qualification is highly advantageous - Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals is highly advantageous - Proficient in reading programming languages such as Pyspark/Python and/or R; higher proficiency is advantageous - Advanced modeling skills including building linear dimensional, regression-based, and logistic models - Experience with Palantir Foundry & AIP is advantageous - Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
