Senior AEM Developer

As an AEM Developer at TechChefz Digital, you will be responsible for translating client content management requirements into technical designs and implementing strategies utilizing components of the Adobe AEM platform. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing AEM components, providing daily production support for JAVA/AEM applications, and overseeing OSGI bundles, AEM templates, and various services. Additionally, you will develop digital consumer experiences using Adobes AEM product suite, including WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration. Your responsibilities will also include developing features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, and social media integration. You will interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for content & collaboration solutions and conduct code reviews to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns. To excel in this role, you should have experience in developing Templates, Components, Dialogs, Widgets, Workflows, and Fragments in AEM v6 and AEM as a Cloud Service. Proficiency in Day CQ/Adobe AEM foundational concepts, core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, and the Adobe AEM development and deployment process is essential. You should also possess a good understanding of Day CQ/Adobe AEM WCM capabilities, web content management processes, and integration patterns using Day CQ/Adobe AEM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, and enterprise Java frameworks like Spring. Knowledge of Continuous Integration and related tools is also desirable.
