Senior AEM Developer

As a Senior AEM Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to enhance Arrow Digitals customer-focused digital experience. Your extensive experience in AEM architecture, component development, and cloud-based optimizations will be key in ensuring the best practices for security, performance, and scalability are implemented. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect, develop, and maintain scalable AEM components following Adobe best practices with a focus on reusability. - Lead AEM template, workflow, and dispatcher configurations to ensure high availability and performance. - Guide AEM Cloud implementations to align with Adobes evolving cloud-native capabilities. - Collaborate with system administrators, DevOps, and security teams on deployments, optimizations, and system upgrades. - Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to AEM development standards. - Troubleshoot complex authoring, performance, and integration issues across the AEM platform. - Oversee and optimize AEM integrations with Adobe CJA Analytics, Adobe Launch, and third-party services. - Define and enforce best practices in security, accessibility, SEO, UX, and analytics. - Conduct code reviews, technical design sessions, and solution architecture discussions. - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and evolve it as needed. - Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to align AEM capabilities with business goals. - Provide leadership in Agile/Scrum environments, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of hands-on AEM experience - Bachelors degree in relevant field - Expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service and modern cloud deployment strategies - Extensive experience in AEM core technologies such as Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX, AEM Workflows, and AEM Dispatcher - Proficiency in HTL (Sightly), Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS - Strong experience in SSR, caching strategies, and performance optimizations - In-depth understanding of J2EE architecture and scalable web application design - Good communication, leadership, and documentation skills with a commitment to knowledge sharing - Self-motivated, dependable, and professional with a problem-solving mindset - Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a plus - AEM Architect or Lead Developer Certification is preferred This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting with at least 3 days in the office and requires 0-15 days of notice period.,
