ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Junior Associate to join our team. The role offers exposure to multiple domains of law with a strong focus on cyber-related cases and investigative legal work that requires interstate travel and on-site visits.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

1. DRAFTING AND REVIEWING OF VARIOUS LEGAL DOCUMENTS;

2. APPEARANCE BEFORE VARIOUS COURT INCLUDING DISTRICT COURTS, HIGH COURTS, FORUMS AND TRIBUNALS;

3. CLIENT COUNSELLING

4. HANDLE DOCUMENTATION, INVESTIGATION, AND COORDINATION IN CYBERCRIME AND DIGITAL EVIDENCE CASES.

5. TRAVEL TO VARIOUS DESTINATIONS ACROSS INDIA FOR CASE WORK, CLIENT MEETINGS, AND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.

6. MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS, AUTHORITIES, AND STAKEHOLDERS.

SPECIALISATIONS REQUIRED:

 Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

 Enrolled with a State Bar Council.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

 Strong analytical and research abilities.

 Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively for work.

 Professional, disciplined, and adaptable to a fast-paced legal environment.
