Role Overview: You will be joining Global Schools Group as a Senior Admissions Consultant, focusing on guiding students to top global universities, including ivy league schools. Your primary responsibility will be to assist zonal leads and university guidance counsellors at GSF schools in helping students secure admissions to prestigious universities worldwide. Additionally, you will collaborate with faculty, parents, and community organizations to support student success, playing a crucial role in shaping the future-ready graduates of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Assist students in their study abroad journey - Shortlist courses, colleges, and countries based on their profiles, preferences, and budgets - Guide students in crafting impactful essays and personal statements - Prepare students for interviews, if required - Ensure timely submission of college applications - Train and coach university guidance counsellors on best practices in admissions consulting - Plan, track, and report student outcomes, collecting testimonials related to admissions in top universities for all GSF schools in coordination with zonal leads - Train and coach teachers on writing effective Letters of Recommendation (LORs) - Design and conduct student workshops to provide guidance on the application process for various universities, courses, and countries - Establish relationships with GSF student alumni to involve them in career guidance and university placement efforts - Engage and manage external essay editors and consultants to streamline the university application process - Support zonal leads in providing one-on-one university admissions counselling for grade 11-12 students and their parents regarding undergraduate admissions Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks; a Master's degree from an institution in the UK, Canada, Australia, or the US is advantageous - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse students, parents, and community organizations - In-depth knowledge of undergraduate admissions to top universities globally - Excellent written communication skills in English, with a comprehensive understanding of Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Essays, and Personal Statements for university admissions - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Minimum of 8 years of experience in admissions consulting for undergraduate programs at top universities worldwide, with proof or testimonials of successful placements in QS Top 30 universities Note: Job location can be in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
