Job Description

Maintain stock of raw materials, tools, and consumables. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and dispatch outgoing stock. Ensure proper storage and tagging of materials. Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records. Administrative Duties: Manage office documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks. Handle attendance records and coordinate with HR for payroll inputs. Manage housekeeping and office supplies. Liaise with service vendors (e.g., couriers, housekeeping, office equipment). Purchase Support: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement. Maintain purchase records and follow up on pending orders. Prepare and maintain GRN, PO, and invoice records. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA). 4-8 years of experience in admin/store/purchase roles. Working knowledge of MS Office and inventory management software. Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
