Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  day-to-day accounting and invoicing operations

  in SAP.
• Ensure

  timely billing, customer invoicing

  , and coordination with manufacturing units and customers.
• Handle

  vendor payments, bank reconciliations

  , and

  month-end closing

  activities.
• Prepare and maintain

  financial statements

  and support

  finalization of books of accounts

  .
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  with GST, TDS, and other local regulations.
• Support

  statutory and tax audits

  , coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.
• Assist in

  MIS reporting, reconciliations

  , and maintaining documentation for all trading transactions.
• Coordinate with

  Finance, Commercial, and Tax

  teams for compliance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Masters degree in

  Accounting, Finance, or Commerce/ CA

• Strong accounting foundation with

  5-9 years

  of experience in

  GL, AP, AR, audit, invoicing.

• Proven ability to

  independently manage full-cycle accounting

• Hands-on experience with

  SAP ERP

  (must have) and

  MS Excel

• Ability to

  liaise with cross-functional teams

  (Finance, Commercial, Tax, and Operations).
• Excellent

  analytical, reconciliation, and reporting

  skills with attention to accuracy and timelines.
• Strong

  communication and stakeholder management

  skills - both internal and external.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-evolving business setup

  and contribute to process improvement and scalability.
