Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, ROC filings, etc.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for audits and assessments.
Manage banking operations, fund flow, and monthly financial planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Procurement) to ensure smooth financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance (ICWA/MBA Finance preferred).
10–15 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, with at least 5+ years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind-AS/IFRS), Tax Laws, and Corporate Compliance in India.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and integrity.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
