Senior Accounts Executive

As a Labor Contract Bill Reviewer, your primary responsibility will be to review and verify labor contract bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. This includes cross-checking labor attendance, wages, and overtime against contract terms. In case of any discrepancies found in labor invoices, you will be expected to resolve them while maintaining proper documentation. You will also be responsible for recording approved labor expenses in the accounting system and preparing labor cost analysis reports for management review. Tracking advances given to labor contractors and conducting regular reconciliations will be part of your routine tasks. It is essential to maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the billing process. Additionally, you will be required to prepare financial statements and reports related to labor costs. Ensuring secure and organized storage of financial documents is crucial. Collaboration with the procurement and HR departments for data validation will also be necessary to perform your duties effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
