Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience and a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices and monitoring payments.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and accounting standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders.
Experience with accounting software and systems is required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
