Job Description As a Senior Accounts Executive (US Accounting) at our company located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting bank reconciliations, and performing cyclical audits. Your strong interpersonal skills and solid business acumen will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities - Process account receivable transactions. - Reconcile general ledger (cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets). - Assist in basic financial statement preparation and account reconciliations. - Participate in audit preparation when required. - Complete all necessary data entry in client financial systems. - Generate ad-hoc reports for various business needs. - Prepare tax documents. - Compile and analyze financial statements. - Manage budgeting and forecasting. Qualifications - Possess 2+ years of experience in US Accounting. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. - Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals. - Fluent in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Please note that the shift timing for this role is from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with the possibility of variation during daylight saving. In addition, proficiency in accounting software applications such as Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Sage, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, is required for this position.,
