Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Manager to oversee the firm's financial operations and support administrative coordination who have experience in Builders/Architect Feild. The role involves managing accounting functions, statutory compliance, payroll, financial planning, and assisting with architectural proposals and professional business correspondence within a design consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and monitoring of client receivables and collections
  • Oversee project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and expense control
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements
  • Prepare, file, and maintain records for GST returns, TDS returns, and related statutory documentation
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and financial institutions
  • Prepare monthly salary statements and manage payroll processing
  • Assist management in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Maintain proper documentation and well-organized financial records for audits and internal reviews
  • Responsible for preparing architectural proposals and drafting professional business emails and official correspondence

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience in builders/architectural field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and payroll management
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
