As a Dedicated Senior Accountant working through Prosynergy's partner agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting the US-based Account Manager within a "Client Pod." Your responsibilities will include: - Review & Quality Control: You will not only enter data but also review the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy using our Double (Keeper) checklists. - Complex Accounting: Handling month-end closes, including Job Costing, Class Tracking, and complex Reconciliations for construction clients. - Tech Mastery: Managing the data flow between Dext (receipts) and QuickBooks Online to ensure the General Ledger is audit-ready. - Process Improvement: Identifying unclear transactions and communicating "Review Points" to the US team via our collaborative portal.
