As a Senior Accountant at our Ratangarh, Rajasthan location, your primary responsibilities will include: - Maintaining complete books of accounts for export and domestic operations. - Preparing export documentation such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, BRCs, etc., and coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, and banks. - Handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances with timely and accurate filings. - Managing staff and labour accounts, including attendance, advances, wages, overtime, and settlements. - Reconciling buyer/vendor accounts, staff/labour Statement, and bank statements. - Preparing MIS reports, costing, budgets, and financial statements for management. - Arranging and coordinating statutory/internal audits and ensuring compliance. - Collaborating with Export, Production, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth financial operations. - Ensuring accuracy, record-keeping, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting. - Experience in the furniture/export industry is preferred. - Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, export documentation, BRC, and banking processes. - Proven experience in maintaining books of accounts and coordinating audits. - Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. - Ability to lead and manage a small accounts team.
