About the Company

We are a reputed manufacturer in the Architectural and Structural Metal industry, specializing in high-quality fabricated metal products. With a focus on precision, compliance, and operational efficiency, we cater to a wide range of infrastructure and construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Income Tax Returns

  (ITR): Preparation and filing of ITR for the company and directors.

• GST Compliance

  : Filing monthly / quarterly GST returns, input / output reconciliation, and ensuring full GST compliance.

• TDS Returns

  : Timely deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns as per statutory deadlines.

• Audit Support & CA Coordination

  : Work closely with the company's Chartered Accountant for statutory audits, tax planning, and assessments.

• Stock & Inventory Records

  : Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials and finished goods, handle physical verification and reconciliation.

• Financial Statements

  : Preparation of profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.

• Accounting Entries

  : Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation.

• Compliance & Internal Controls:

  Ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policies regarding finance and compliance.

• Banking & Payments

  : Handle banking transactions, vendor payments, and daily cash/cheque disbursements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce or CA Inter preferred.
• 7 to10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and ITR filing.
• Hands on experience with accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of inventory and stock management.
• Familiarity with financial audits and regulatory filings.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, basic English proficiency.

• Male candidate
• Based in or willing to relocate to Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
• Manufacturing industry background is a strong plus
• Comfortable working independently and in coordination with external CA firms and internal teams
