Senior Accountant - Family Office

As a Senior Accountant at Stronghold Investment Management in Bangalore, India, you will have the opportunity to lead the accounting operations for a multi-asset family office. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting workflows across entities, contributing to strategic financial planning and reporting efforts in a high-trust, dynamic environment. Your role will involve direct collaboration with family office leadership and coordination with tax advisors, wealth managers, legal professionals, and service providers. Key responsibilities include maintaining complete and accurate accounting records across multiple entities and asset types, tracking capital calls, distributions, funding schedules, valuation changes, and intercompany transactions. You will manage accounting for real estate and aviation assets, coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Additionally, you will assist in financial planning and analysis, monitoring and forecasting expenses, supporting budgeting inputs, and preparing financial summaries. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years managing the accounting functions for a family office or UHNW individuals. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, along with strong technical skills, sound judgment, and professional discretion. You should be skilled in Microsoft Excel, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
