Hiring: Senior Accountant (Manufacturing) Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in cost accounting, financial analysis, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-optimization initiatives.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs to improve efficiency and profitability.
Conduct financial audits and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with operations, procurement, sales, and other departments to support decision-making.
Stay updated with relevant accounting standards and industry regulations.
Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
1015 years of progressive accounting experience in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory management.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
