Senior Accountant cum Taxation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finalization:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally / Zoho /
• Prepare & finalize:
• Balance Sheet
• Profit & Loss Account
• Ledger Scrutiny
• Monthly closure of books & cash flow tracking
• GST & TDS Reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliation & Expense Audit

2. Taxation (Direct + Indirect):

• File Income Tax Returns (ITR 1 to ITR 6)
• File GST Returns – GSTR-1, 3B, CMP-08, etc.
• File TDS Returns – Form 24Q, 26Q
• Prepare & file:
• MSME, IEC, FSSAI, PAN, TAN
• Handle Departmental Notices, Refunds, Appeals

3. Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare internal financial reports
• MIS Reports for management
• Monthly tax liability reports
• 26AS, AIS/TIS analysis

4. Client Communication & Coordination:

• Follow-up with clients via WhatsApp, Call, Email
• Collect documents, approvals & declarations
• Share tax computation, due date alerts, billing reminders
• Handle 100+ clients in a cycle

5. Billing & Invoicing:

• Create and manage GST-compliant invoices
• Monitor client payment status
• Track receivables & raise reminders
• Record GST & TDS on service invoices

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / IPCC / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Accounting + Tax Filing
• Tools: Tally Prime / Zoho Books / Excel Advanced
• Portals: Income Tax, GSTN, TRACES, MCA (if applicable)
• Language: Fluent Hindi + Professional English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
