Conduct final audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate GST filings, TDS returns, and tax compliance. Lead internal and external audits with proper documentation. Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance as required. Handle ledger scrutiny and ensure year-end financial closure. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum Experience: 10+ years in accounting and auditing roles. Expertise in: Finalization of accounts GST regulations and return filings Balance sheet preparation Internal controls and audit procedures Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
