Job Description

As an experienced professional in accounting, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior accounting staff to ensure their professional growth. You will also play a key role in coordinating audits and maintaining effective communication with external auditors. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely filings will be a critical aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount in this role, given the nature of financial data. With a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, you are expected to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential for this role, along with knowledge of GST and TDS regulations. A Master's in Commerce (M.Com) is preferred, and prior experience in CA Articleship would be highly desirable. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 15K to 20K. The work schedule involves day shifts and morning shifts, and the work location is in person.
