Senior Accountant

As a Sr. Accountant at VKS HYTECH PVT LTD-AMAR PURE GOLD in Panchkula, Haryana, your primary responsibilities will include: - **Financial Accounting & Reporting:** - Maintain and reconcile ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. - Prepare and file GST & TDS returns monthly and annually. - Review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts, and other financial statements at a macro level for data integrity. - Present MIS reports such as monthly P&L statements, financial summaries, and performance metrics. - Manage Foreign Inward Remittance (FIRC) processes and compliance documentation. - Prepare and file VAT returns quarterly. - **Banking & Cash Flow Management:** - Handle all banking operations like account opening/closure, reconciliation, and documentation. - Maintain daily cash flow and efficiently manage petty cash. - Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for account-related matters. - Monitor monthly city office audits to ensure compliance with company policies. - **Budgeting & Audit:** - Prepare and monitor budgets, controlling outstanding expenses for optimal cost utilization. - Support internal and external audits with detailed financial reports and schedules. - Review and manage purchase and expense accruals to clear aged entries. - Conduct stock audits and reconciliations for associated sister concerns quarterly. - **Compliance & Coordination:** - Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations including GST, TDS, FIRC, and banking norms. - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies for financial and compliance reviews. - Prepare TDS data for monthly challans and ensure timely submission. - Maintain documentation and compliance records for all financial operations. - **Team Management & Cross-Functional Support:** - Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team in day-to-day operations. - Manage accounting and reporting for sister concern firms like Menus, Do Hungry Rabbit, Exo Fresh, etc. - Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. - Ensure timely communication and coordination across departments for smooth business operations. **Required Skills & Competencies:** - Proficiency in Tally ERP9, SAP (9.0), MS Office (Excel, Word). - Skilled in Forum, DMS, Sleek, and My Bill Book billing software. - Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and accountability. - Experience handling multi-company accounting and audit processes.,
