Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage real estate accounts, including ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and TDS filings.
Prepare GST returns (BAS), income tax returns (ITR), and TDS returns accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations by maintaining records and filing necessary documents.
Conduct GST reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Provide support in audit processes by gathering required documentation.
