Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with strong accounting knowledge and practical experience in GST, TDS filing, tax computation, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase entries, invoices, vouchers, and ledger accounts.
• Prepare, calculate, and file GST returns within the prescribed deadlines.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Perform tax computations and maintain relevant tax records.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the necessary documents for audit purposes.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits and ensure timely submission of audit-related information.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic accounting reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for accounting, taxation, and audit verification.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing and computation.
• Experience in coordinating with auditors and supporting audit activities.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Candidates with practical experience in GST, TDS, tax computation, and audit coordination are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
