Job Description

Key Responsibilities Analyse complex financial reports and records to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare and review various financial reports including account reconciliations and variance analyses. Perform and oversee account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. Assist in GST, TDS, and income tax audits, and support statutory compliance. Document and monitor internal controls in support of the auditing team. Coordinate accounting projects and cross-functional finance initiatives. Review journal entries and reports prepared by junior accountants to ensure accuracy. Provide mentorship and training to junior staff. Prepare and file GST, TDS support all audit preparations and queries. Continuously improve accounting processes and ensure timely financial reporting. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Executive. Minimum 4 year of hands-on experience in account analysis and financial reporting. Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in mentoring junior staff and managing cross-departmental coordination. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. Educational Qualification • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • MBA/ M.com/CA Inter /CMA Inter
