Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, costing, financial reporting, inventory accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, and cost variance analysis.
• Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and prepare schedules for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• CA / CMA (Preferred).
• 10+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or ERPNext.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
