Description
As a Senior Account Executive at Buffalo Soldiers, a growth stage start-up full-service creative agency with a digital heart, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors such as B2C, B2B, D2C, and Non-Profits. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients. Understanding and assessing client needs, objectives, and expectations will be essential to tailor brand strategies accordingly, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any issues proactively. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. - Tailor brand strategies to align with client needs, objectives, and expectations. - Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with brand objectives and client expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns in a timely manner. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for brand improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth and enhancement. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of account management and client servicing experience in a creative/advertising/digital agency. - Familiarity with social and digital marketing, content marketing, and brand building strategies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management. - High level of time management and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments. - Enthusiasm and passion for brand management and marketing.
