Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rewa for a Senior Academy Coordinator in Chemistry. The Senior Academy Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing the chemistry curriculum, conducting lectures and laboratory sessions, coordinating with faculty for interdisciplinary activities, mentoring students, and evaluating academic progress. Other duties include organizing workshops and seminars, maintaining academic records, and actively participating in school events.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Chemistry, including theoretical and practical aspects
• Proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, and lesson planning
• Strong research skills and ability to stay updated with current educational practices
• Proficiency in laboratory management and experimental procedures
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills for coordinating with staff and managing academic activities
• Ability to inspire students and foster a positive learning environment
• Master's degree in Chemistry or related field; Ph.D. preferred
• Previous experience in educational administration is a plus
