About the Role


As a  Senior Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your role is to engage with potential students over phone calls, understand their needs, explain our courses, and drive admissions through consultative selling. You will be making 80–100 calls daily, ensuring consistent follow-ups, and meeting monthly enrollment targets.


Key Responsibilities


Make high-volume outbound calls to potential learners daily.

Counsel prospective students on course options and help them make informed decisions.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions.

Deliver an excellent customer experience by building trust and rapport.

Requirements


Experience: 5–10 years in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.

Fluency in English (spoken & written).

Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up ability.

Tools: Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off).
