Role Overview:

KlickEdu is looking for an experienced and passionate Academic Counselor who can guide students and parents through the MBBS Abroad admission journey. The counselor will play a key role in helping students select the right country, university, and course based on their goals, eligibility, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling & Career Guidance
• Provide 1-on-1 counseling to students/parents about MBBS abroad options, eligibility, and career pathways.
• University & Course Matching
• Guide students in choosing suitable universities and countries based on academic background, financial ability, and preference.
• Lead Conversion & Follow-up
• Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, Leads, and follow-up promptly to drive admissions conversions.
• Admission & Visa Process Support
• Assist students in application, documentation, visa filing, interview preparation, and travel support.
• Parent Communication & Trust Building
• Build strong relationships with parents, explain safety, cost, future scope, and ensure their confidence in the admission process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in student counseling
• Strong knowledge of universities.
• Excellent communication in English and regional language
• Result-oriented mindset with proven admission closures
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree
