Senior Academic Counselor - Abroad Education Consultancy Location : Nadakkavu, Calicut Office Hours : Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday - Half Day, Sunday Off Accommodation : Provided Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Academic Counselor to join our team at our Abroad Education Consultancy office in Nadakkavu, Calicut . The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals abroad, excellent communication skills, telecalling experience, and a target-oriented approach with strong sales closing skills. Key Responsibilities : Counsel and advise students on overseas education opportunities, including program selection, university applications, visa processes, and scholarships. Guide students throughout the application and admission process to ensure they meet the requirements of their chosen universities. Develop and maintain relationships with international educational institutions, staying updated on academic programs and offerings. Assist students in building their profiles for university applications, offering personalized advice on building an effective application. Provide ongoing support to students post-application to ensure successful outcomes. Work closely with team members to meet and exceed set targets and goals. Make telecalls to potential students, follow up on leads, and close sales, ensuring the conversion of inquiries into successful enrollments. Maintain detailed records of student interactions, applications, and progress in our CRM system. Promote and market the consultancy's services through events, seminars, and online platforms. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets, with opportunities for performance-based incentives. Preferred Qualifications : Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counselor in the education or consultancy field. Previous experience as an Abroad Education Counselor or Academic Counselor in a similar field is highly preferred. Knowledge of Ausbildung (vocational training) programs and their application processes is an added advantage. Proven telecalling experience with a focus on sales and closing skills is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
