Job Description – Academic Counsellor

Counsel working professionals and prospective students for enrollment in Medhavi Skill University’s MBA and Undergraduate (UG) programs.
Understand candidates’ career goals and guide them on the right academic and career path.Generate and close admissions/sales through calls, follow-ups, and meetingsProvide detailed information about programs, eligibility, fees, and admission process.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and counselling skills.
Ability to convince, negotiate, and close admissions.Sales-oriented mindset with a student-centric approach.Basic knowledge of higher education programs (MBA/UG preferred).Experience in academic counselling or education sales will be an added advantage.
