Senior 3D Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior and junior interior designers to interpret design concepts and

develop detailed 3D models and renderings for residential and commercial projects.

2. Utilize industry-leading 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-ray, Corona,

Lumion, Blender, or Cinema 4D to create realistic interior environments, incorporating

lighting, textures, and materials.

3. Work closely with clients and design teams to understand project requirements and translate

design ideas into visually stunning 3D presentations and walkthroughs.

4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior 3D artists, assisting with technical challenges,

workflow optimization, and skill development.

5. Coordinate with other stakeholders to integrate 3D visualizations into presentations,

marketing materials, and project documentation.

6. Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in 3D rendering technology, materials

and textures for rendering, sharing knowledge and best practices with the design team.

7. Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in 3D

models, textures, and render settings.

8. Work on Timelines to complete the tasks

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering, with a strong portfolio

showcasing proficiency in interior visualization.

3. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software such as

Autodesk 3ds Max, V-ray, Corona, Lumion, Blender, or Cinema 4D, or similar.

4. Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial relationships, and architectural

elements.

5. Excellent creative and artistic skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into

compelling visual presentations.

6. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-

functional teams and clients to achieve project objectives.

7. Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and accuracy, demonstrating a meticulous

approach to 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.

8. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members,

providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet

deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
