Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (3D Design – Government Projects & Events) Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi Department: Creative / Design Reports To: Creative Director / Head of Design Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 10–15 years Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in 3D design , particularly in the context of government projects, public events, and institutional exhibitions . The ideal candidate will bring visionary creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of how to visually communicate within formal, cultural, and civic frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and execute high-impact 3D design solutions for government-led events, exhibitions, installations, and campaigns. Develop stage designs, event layouts, interactive 3D environments, and architectural visualizations tailored for official use. Work closely with project managers, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand objectives, constraints, and branding guidelines. Translate briefs into compelling visual presentations, mood boards, mockups, and final renderings. Oversee the design process from ideation to production, ensuring design integrity, quality, and alignment with client expectations. Mentor and lead junior designers, providing creative and technical guidance. Stay informed about emerging design trends, software advancements, and technologies in the 3D and experiential design space. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field. 10–15 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D work for government events or public sector projects . Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Demonstrated experience in designing large-scale installations, exhibitions, or event setups for ministries, public institutions, or civic celebrations. Solid understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present ideas and lead design discussions with senior-level stakeholders. Attention to detail with a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines and project timelines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
