Job Description

As a Senior Business Leader (Director/ Senior Director) in the High-Tech industry, your role is crucial in partnering with both existing and new clients to lead them through the digital revolution. You will be responsible for owning the industry, strategy, marketing, partnerships, sales, and all go-to-market functions for the Hi-Tech business across the Geo/market. Your main goal will be to generate incremental revenue streams for the three pillars of Capgemini High-Tech: Semiconductors, Platform companies, and developing industry-specific applications. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely and partner with the global semis trend leader and report into the IIP Head - Build a full-stack, chip-to-industry ecosystems for Semiconductors - Extend the boundaries of Platform companies across industries to unlock new use cases and break into new markets - Possess a deep technology anchor and a strong understanding of Semicon market trends - Identify global supply chains and market opportunities for the country/Geo - Drive business growth by fructifying ideas into profitable businesses - Build and lead high-performing teams to deliver world-class performance - Develop core skills of the team members to drive outstanding business growth - Capable of influencing and driving regional counterparts - Establish and maintain C-level executive influence with key industry players and customers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 18+ years of experience in Technology sales within the Semicon industry - Extensive experience in Tech manufacturing intelligence in the region - Experience in securing (product) Design-Wins with OEM and ODM - Understanding of Hi-Tech/Mega Semicon Players and opportunities in the region/country - Competency in blueprinting a business vision, strategy, and technology roadmaps In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business transformation in the High-Tech industry, leveraging your expertise in technology sales, market trends, and building profitable businesses from scratch. Your ability to lead high-performing teams and influence key industry players will be crucial in achieving success in this role.,
