Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and chats.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Update CRM with accurate customer information.
  • Meet performance targets and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent : Bachelor's degree preferred.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 2+ years of customer support experience (Semi Voice Preferred).
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable with night shifts and rotational weekends.
  • Proficient in MS office and CRM tools.
