Job Summary: The International Voice Process Executive plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients worldwide. This role involves: Handling inbound and outbound calls Addressing customer inquiries Resolving issues efficiently Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle inbound calls from customers/clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and departments to ensure a seamless experience. Documentation: Record all interactions accurately, including inquiries, resolutions, and relevant details. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in customer interactions. Multilingual Support: Provide assistance in multiple languages as required, serving a diverse customer base. Adaptability: Adjust to changes in processes, technologies, and customer needs. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and foster a positive environment. Salary: 16,000 per month + 1,000 (Food Allowance) + 1,000 (Travel Allowance)* Note: Night shifts applicable only for 4 months. Job Opportunity: Customer Retention (Voice/Blended) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse customer base.
