Skills:
1.Should have experience in performing the following registrations:

• Incorporation of Private Limited/Public Limited Companies

Limited Liability Company (LLP) Registration
Partnership Firm RegistrationIncorporation of Section-8 CompanyTrade Mark Registration80G and 12AA RegistrationFood License RegistrationStart-up India Registration

2. Hands on Experience in ROC Compliance, including the filing of following forms

i. AOC-4 - Form for filing financial statements and other documents with the Registrar of companies.

ii. MGT-7A - Form for filing annual return by OPCs and Small
iii. DPT-3 – Return of Depositsiv. DIN-KYC- Filing of Director KYC Formv. ADT-1 - Form for filing Statutory Auditor Appointmentvi. ADT-2 – Application of removal of Auditor(s) from office his/their office before expiry of term.vii. ADT-3- Notice of Resignation by the Auditorviii. Addition of Director and Removal of Directorix. Alteration of Shareholding Pattern for the client companiesx. Increase of Authorized Capital and Paid-up Capitalxi. Drafting of Board Resolution/ Special Resolutionxii. Drafting of Minutes of Meetingxiii. Preparation of Director Reportsxiv. Annual General Meeting/ Extraordinary General Meetingxv. Preparation of AGM Notice/Shorter consent noticexvi. Filing of LLP Forms such as Form-8 and Form-11xvii. Filing of Other required forms as prescribed by MCA from time to time.3. Manage ROC compliances for 50-60 Companies/LLPs from inception to filing.
4. Possess effective communication skills.5. Exceptional ability in Preparing and finalizing the financial statements such as Profit and Loss account, Balance sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Depreciation as per Schedule II of Companies Act, 2013

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
