Job Title: Accountant Location: Kandivali (W), Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with over 3 years of professional experience to join our CA firm. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and audit support. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients Prepare and finalize accounts as per applicable accounting standards Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filings and compliance Assist in statutory and internal audits Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/client accounts Coordinate with clients for documentation, clarifications, and financial queries Support CA in preparation of financial reports and tax planning Maintain accurate financial records and ensure confidentiality of financial information Use accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, etc. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or CA firm Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Excel, and other ERP tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts Good communication skills in English and local language Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ROC filings, MCA compliance (added advantage) Knowledge of payroll processing and PF/ESI compliance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
