Selenium Trainer - Erode Location - Immediate Joiner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Proven experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language (or a relevant language for Selenium automation).
• In-depth knowledge of Junit framework for unit testing.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other testing frameworks (e.g., TestNG).
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Experience in a training or teaching role.
• ISTQB certification or similar.
