Job Title:

Role Overview:

Sr. Manager / Assistant General Manager (Security)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall security operations, including plant, township, offices, and logistics areas.
  
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in alignment with organizational standards.
  
• Supervise and guide a large security team, ensuring effective deployment and vigilance across all operational areas.
  
• Conduct audits, surprise checks, and investigations to identify potential threats, losses, or non-compliance.
  
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and external security service providers.
  
• Oversee CCTV surveillance, access control, and digital monitoring systems.
  
• Ensure safety and statutory compliance in coordination with relevant departments.
  
• Prepare reports, analyze incidents, and suggest preventive measures.
  
• Foster a culture of vigilance, discipline, and accountability among staff and contract personnel.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in any specialization (mandatory).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  10 years

  in industrial or corporate security management.
• Candidates from a

  service background (Inspector level or above)

  or

  civilians currently working in industrial security

  are preferred.
• Strong exposure to plant security, vigilance, and liaisoning with external agencies.
