Security Supervisor

You will be responsible for supervising security personnel, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Your role will involve conducting security audits and risk assessments to ensure the safety of the premises. You will be expected to develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance security measures. In case of incidents, you will be required to respond promptly, investigate, and take necessary actions. Effective coordination with management, emergency services, and other stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining a secure environment. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining security equipment and access control systems. Providing training and guidance to security staff will also be part of your responsibilities.
