Required security supervisor at manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day security operations across the plant premises.
Deploy and manage security guards across gates, warehouses, production areas, parking, and inbound/outbound logistics zones.
Ensure proper checking of vehicles, materials, and visitors as per company protocols.
Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control, fire alarms, and other security systems.
Conduct routine patrols to identify security or safety risks and report incidents immediately.
Maintain detailed incident reports, visitor logs, and shift duty records.
Coordinate with HR, Administration, EHS, and Production teams for safety compliance.
Train and guide security personnel on emergency response, safety standards, and discipline.
Assist in investigations of theft, property damage, or any misconduct.
Manage emergency response during fire, accidents, or crisis situations.
Ensure adherence to statutory and company security policies.
